Traditional methods and SporeFinder

SporeFinder aims at a reduction of sampling and analysis time, from days to hours, thus enabling the acceleration of crop prevention and protection activities against pathogens, as well as the automation of the entire detection and analysis process, without an operator in the field with reduction of spore recognition and counting error committed by any human operator.

Scalable to any crop

The first pathogen available in the monitoring is Alternaria, chosen for versatility given its potential to attack more than 16 different crops spread across the country and Europe.

The first rental KIT to search for new pathogenic microorganisms

SporeScout is the first product offered by AISPOT as a rental KIT designed for research and implementation of new pathogenic microorganisms. With the SporeScout KIT, customers can perform sampling completely independently and send samples to our laboratory for analysis. Thanks to our advanced Artificial Intelligence models, the customer will receive the results the same day the samples are received by our team.
